Mini support – Local events 

The project provides an opportunity for associations in the Leader Neighborhood area to seek support for local events, such as a singing evening, dance evening, community day or other events.

Leader Närheten has driven a so-called umbrella project aimed at local events in rural areas. A number of ”mini-supports” (sub-activities) of up to 30,000 SEK will be used to create various types of events/activities that contribute to people feeling an increased belief in the future and a strengthened commitment which will strengthen the membership in non-profit associations.

The purpose of the umbrella project is to work towards achieving goals in the local development strategy, which is linked to strengthening membership in non-profit associations.

The goal of the umbrella project is that at least 10 sub-activities are sought for local events or for local involvement.
