Mini support – Local events

NOTE: These grants are now fully booked and we are therefore closing further applications within this umbrella project.

(Keep an eye out for new ”Mini-grants” in other thematic areas in the future!)

About the project

The project provides an opportunity for associations in the Leader Neighborhood area to seek support for local events, such as a singing evening, dance evening, community day or other events.

Leader Närheten is now running a so-called umbrella project aimed at local events in rural areas. A number of "mini-grants" (sub-activities) of a maximum of SEK 30,000 will be used to create different types of events/activities that contribute to people feeling increased faith in the future and a stronger commitment, which will strengthen the number of members in non-profit associations.

The purpose of the umbrella project is to work towards achieving goals in the local development strategy, which is linked to strengthening membership in non-profit associations.

The goal of the umbrella project is that at least 10 sub-activities are sought for local events or for local involvement.

The activities in the project are:

  • Project management
  • Processing
  • Mobilization
  • Coaching
  • Meetings
  • Sub-activities
