Forms & info

Current forms

On the Swedish Board of Agriculture's website, you will find all the forms and documents that you need for your project. Below you will find a link to the Swedish Board of Agriculture's ”Webshop” where you can download the forms that are relevant for an application for support through Leader.

NOTE: Always make initial contact for advice with us at the office if you have an idea that you believe would fit into our development strategy, and we will guide you further in the process. The actual application is made in an e-service on the Swedish Board of Agriculture's website. There you log in to My pages using an e-identification or a mobile bank ID.

Everyone except the signatory for Sole Proprietorship needs a power of attorney to represent their association, organization, authority, or company. It is the signatory who is the grantor of the power of attorney.

You must always attach a budget template in an application.

Form for reporting voluntary hours can be found here: Voluntary time template SP23-27

Other documents may also be relevant for your application. We will help you with which documents you need to have, but if you are missing something, you will find most of the forms in the Swedish Board of Agriculture's webshop:

Information requirements and logos

If you as a project owner inform about your project in any way – on your website, in social media, or in printed material – it must be clear that the project is financed with funds from the EU. Therefore, the EU emblem with accompanying text must always be included on the page/material. The EU emblem must be at least as large in height or width as the other logos on the page and placed on a white background/with a white border. Rules regarding the design and information requirement will also be provided with your decision.

Also include the Leader Neighbourhood logo in your information material.

Correct logos to download can be found here.

The EU emblem is available in two designs to choose from; horizontal and vertical.

Click on the buttons to download.
