Notice and documents for the Annual Meeting 2025: "Old" Association Närheten

The Närheten association (with activities in the 2014-2022 program period) is invited to an annual meeting,
digital meeting via Teams, April 1, 2025 at 1-2 pm.

Notice, agenda, activity report, follow-up, annual report with audit report and activity plan are available at the Leader office and on the website one week before the annual meeting, as well as the nomination committee's proposal for a new board and motions including motion responses. Please note that the office is not always staffed, contact us to arrange a physical delivery of documents if necessary.

EXERCISE
Members can submit motions to the Leader office, or via email, until March 18.

Note regarding proposed changes to the statutes: There is no longer a requirement from the Swedish Board of Agriculture that the chairmanship should rotate and the statutes are now adapted to this - new wording under paragraph 7, paragraph 2 "The association meeting appoints the chairman for a term of office of 1 year with the possibility of extension. The vice chairman shall not be from the same sector as the chairman" instead of "The association meeting appoints the chairman for a term of office of two years with the possibility of extension by a maximum of two years. After the term of office, a new chairman is elected. The vice chairman shall not be from the same sector as the chairman."”
