\nAs a project manager, you are responsible for the project's implementation and goal achievement, according to the project plan, schedule and project budget. You report continuously to the steering group and the leader office that has overall responsibility for the project and you receive some administrative support. The project covers Lake V\u00e4nern as a whole and your geographical field of work extends around Lake V\u00e4nern, within the framework of the three leader areas that collaborate in the project.<\/p>\n
\nWe are looking for someone who has knowledge and interest in fishing, tourism and water issues. You should also share our commitment to ensuring that sustainability and environmental considerations permeate the project. To fit the role, you need to be used to working independently, goal-oriented and in dialogue with other actors. You are self-driven, but also part of the team \u2013 and understand the dynamics of collaboration. We value if you have established, relevant networks and knowledge of Lake V\u00e4nern and the surrounding countryside. Good verbal and written communication is a prerequisite. You also need to have a driver's license and access to your own car.<\/p>\n
\nPrevious experience in project management and development work.
\nExperience with EU projects and administration, especially LEADER.
