Projekt m\u00e5ste uppfylla alla grundl\u00e4ggande villkor (se l\u00e4nk nedan), och falla inom ramen f\u00f6r den lokala utvecklingsstrategin f\u00f6r att kunna behandlas av styrelsen och bli aktuella f\u00f6r st\u00f6d.<\/p>\n
